Let’s all make sure AI-augmented work becomes a way to empower all workers, with new credentials and leadership pathways- including for women.

This takes extra effort to plan for inclusion and opportunity, since women are more likely to be in roles that technology is disrupting, and to disproportionately be impacted by rounds of lay offs.

The Job Forum wants to assist all those under 30, to identify skill pathways that allow them to focus on how they will contribute value to a business function so they can get hired. The Job Forum wants to assist mid-career people to pivot by focusing on transferrable skills, and demonstrating their contributions, and do so without losing so much confidence, opportunity or earning power.

None of us knows exactly where the future of work is going, but we do know how to build capabilities and prepare people to be better able to fully participate.
